Who I am
My name is Jozef. I have been in IT for over twenty years, most of them managing server infrastructure and running migration and hardening projects for international companies, remotely and onsite across Europe, North America and Asia.
In recent years I have focused mainly on AI and automation. Not because it is fashionable, but because for the first time I see a technology that can take most of the routine work off a company's plate. My job is to find exactly where it makes sense and get it to the point where it runs on its own.

Security
I spent years hardening systems for large international companies. Audits, configuration, documentation. And when needed, the uncomfortable questions like “who exactly has access to production?”
Web & infrastructure
I will build a website or a small SaaS from design to deployment, including the server it runs on. Backups, monitoring, automated deploys. Nothing you would have to manage by clicking around.
Scripts & tools for legacy environments
Single-purpose scripts and small tools that keep older environments alive. A script stopped working? Runs too long and needs optimizing? Got a repetitive task a simple GUI would solve? Get in touch.

Complete website rework: home wellness and longevity products
The original site was just about fast enough and could be managed, but it took many hours and keeping styles and content consistent was hard. I rebuilt it from scratch: new architecture, speed, an SEO foundation and content management the client handles on their own.
A multi-tenant VPS that manages itself
One server, multiple projects. Caddy, Docker Compose and git as the single source of truth. Backups, health checks and the deploy pipeline run automatically, and a new project deploys with a single command. No clicking around an admin panel.
04 / Tools & open-source
Things built along the way
Working with AI produces a pile of small tools and scripts. The ones that can help others too, I publish as open source. The Windows tools were built together with an AI agent. They show what an experienced person and AI can ship quickly and properly, tests and verifiable builds included.
Hardening Checker
Checks 26 Windows security settings (SMB, sign-in, Defender, BitLocker, updates…) and gives you a score. Every finding explains why it matters and shows the command to fix it. It changes nothing, it only reads.
Event Triage
Reads Windows event logs and turns thousands of events into a few clear findings: password guessing, Remote Desktop sign-ins from the internet, new admin accounts, suspicious PowerShell or cleared logs. You can try it safely on a built-in demo attack.
Legacy Auth Finder
Scans a whole folder of archived server logs (files over 4 GB included) and finds who still uses NTLMv1, RC4 or DES. You get a list of accounts, clients and services to fix, with search and CSV export. Handy before RC4 is switched off in 2026.
grammar-grok
A Chrome extension that uses Grok (xAI) to check grammar or grammar + style on any page. Open source under MIT.

How I work
Short iterations and continuous results, no six-month wait for a big reveal. I use AI daily in my own work, so I know what to expect from it and where its limits are.
Everything I hand over is versioned, backed up and reversible. And you will not end up depending on me: every handover includes documentation and procedures so you can run the system yourself.

How we start working together
Every collaboration starts with an initial consultation. If we then continue with a project, its price is credited back to you.
1. You write to me
A few sentences about what's bothering you or what you'd like to improve are enough. I'll reply within three business days.
2. Initial consultation for €500
We go through your problem in depth and you leave with a concrete recommendation on what's worth tackling and what isn't. It's credited toward the project.
3. Proposal and delivery
You get a clear scope and price. Standard projects cost €2,000 to €8,000, and I work in short steps with results along the way.
