This site collects as little data as possible. Here's exactly what gets stored, why, and how you can change it at any time.

New tips by e-mail
If you subscribe in the Getting to know LLMs section, I store your e-mail, the site language and the time you signed up. I use them only to send you new tips now and then. The legal basis is your consent. I keep the data until you withdraw your consent. To unsubscribe, simply reply to any tips e-mail or write to the address above, and I'll delete your data.
When you write to me
If you send me an e-mail, I use your address and message to reply and, if relevant, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is negotiating a contract or my legitimate interest in answering your message. If no collaboration follows, I delete the correspondence after three years at the latest.
Visitor statistics
I measure traffic in two ways and neither uses cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics shows me aggregate numbers such as visit counts and the most read pages. I also run my own simple tool that records which pages you view, what you click, how long you read a page, which website you came from and what kind of device you use. Each visit gets a random number that only lives in the open browser tab and disappears when you close it. I don't store your IP address and I don't track you across websites. The data helps me improve the site and tell people from bots, the legal basis is my legitimate interest. Detailed records are deleted after 180 days, visit summaries after two years.
Courses and cookies
Your course progress is stored only in your browser and is never sent to the server. The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
Who receives the data
The website and the subscriber list run on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc. E-mail communication is handled by my e-mail provider. Both act as processors under my instructions. Where data is transferred to the USA, this happens under the EU and US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. I don't sell your data or pass it on to anyone for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw your consent to the tips e-mails at any time. Just write to [email protected]. If you believe I handle your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk) or with the data protection authority in your country.
