Google released an experimental note-taking app that transcribes meetings and audio files entirely offline. Google AI Edge Foresight is free and runs on-device on macOS using the EmbeddingGemma 2 model. It can also summarize your meetings.

Anthropic updates its usage policy for Claude ↗

Anthropic updated its usage policy and added new misuse cases for the first time in over a year. It bans repeatedly abusing Claude in extreme cases, while ordinary frustration and criticism stay allowed. The new rules also address election interference, deceptive campaigns, weapons software, and surveillance.
